Important Disclosures: CapDrix is not a lender, bank, or financial institution and does not issue loans or make credit decisions. All loan terms, rates, and approvals are determined solely by the Lending Partner you choose. Checking eligibility on CapDrix typically results in a soft credit inquiry (no impact on credit). Proceeding with a full application may result in a hard inquiry. CapDrix does not guarantee approval or endorse any specific lender, product, or offer. Your engagement with any Lending Partner is entirely between you and that lender. CapDrix is not responsible for their decisions, offers, or conduct.

Capdrix operates as a technology-based marketplace that matches business owners seeking capital with a network of third-party lenders and financial institutions.

Capdrix is not a lender or financial institution. We do not issue loans or make credit decisions.
Our service is strictly a referral and matching service. All final loan products, rates, terms, and agreements are determined by and entered into directly with the third-party lender you choose.
Checking eligibility through our platform typically results in a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. However, proceeding with a formal application with a lender will likely result in a hard credit inquiry.

3. Data, Privacy & Communication

By submitting your information through CapDrix, you authorize us and our Lending Partners to use your data to evaluate potential funding options consistent with our Privacy Policy. You consent to receive communications from CapDrix and/or Lending Partners by email, text message, or phone, which may include marketing communications. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to text messages or by using the unsubscribe link in any email. We value your privacy and handle all information in accordance with our Privacy Policy

CapDrix provides information only. We do not offer financial, legal, or tax advice. All decisions regarding funding or financial products are your sole responsibility. Use of our Website and Services is at your own risk. CapDrix provides its Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapDrix and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of our Website or Services.
